we had a call March 15 around 1:30pm to the 911 for Hilo and we cannot locate the recording.
any 911 calls to neighbour island are not recorded

Problem Clarification

All calls over Bridged Lines didn't recorded.

Cause

Because of an inherent limitation in the underlying call/connection model, calls involving more than one instance of the same (bridged) line may not be recorded correctly.

Solution

The Customer has changed the CM configuration to bypass the issue of the Bridged Lines , Because of an inherent limitation in the underlying call/connection model, calls involving more than one instance of the same (bridged) line may not be recorded correctly
