One-X Portal rpm

Installation Instructions:
a) Pre Upgrade (logs backup and cleanup):
 - Stop one-X Portal service.
 - Generate logs archive from Web Control panel
 - Remove the logs from one-X logs folder /opt/Avaya/oneXportal/<ONEX_VERSION>/apache-tomcat/logs
b) Take backup of one-X database from Web Manager.
c) Upgrade one-X Portal version from current installed one-X version to Critical Patch.
d) Start one-X Portal for IP Office version service.
