Problem Clarification

CMS is changing date and time with no intervention.

Cause

Directory / (root) was full and was causing spi.err to stop generating data. sync_it script configured on crontab tried every night to re-synch date/time based on spi.err, that was stopped.It was causing CMS to get wrong date/time.

Solution

Remove unnecessary files from / , correct date/time manually and reboot server.
