Problem Clarification

System has reset and interchanged.

Cause

The issue was caused due to EIP: The register EIP is the instruction pointer and contains the address of the instruction that was executing when the seg fault occurred.

The instruction that caused the issue was something related to H245( part of H323) call: _ZN8H245Call20SaveInboundFastStartER18EmSeqOfOctetStringii+0xaa2

Solution

CM was updated to version 7.1.3.3.0 (Service Pack 25082).
