In this example, four VoIP channels are used, and they are assigned to two signaling groups. Configuration for the H.323 trunk on the IR system is shown in the following screen capture. Default entries for the third, unused, signaling group and port are left in place. The number of RTUs for this configuration is four.
On the switch, two matching signaling groups have 10 ports each. This port configuration corresponds to the system IR system configuration. Because the number of maximum channels in the IR system configuration is less than the number of corresponding ports in the switch configuration, you must set the PBX Trunk Hunt field to ascend on the Trunk Group form.
