Administering the CTI

Purpose

The CTI Administration Web page allows administration of the telephony server IP address, login ID, password, and identifier. In addition, it allows the identification of hunt groups (or skill set extensions in an EAS environment) that the CentreVu Computer-Telephony Server monitors.
