Administer the CTI
Access the CTI Administration Web page
To access the CTI Administration Web page click on the Administer CTI link from the main administration Web page (http://{icm_server_name}/icmadmin ).

Parameter description for the CTI Administration Web page
You can administer the following parameters on the CTI Administration Web page:
Parameter Description CTI IP Address (required field) This field contains the IP address or the network name of the server where CTI is installed.
Telephony Server IP Address (required field) This field contains the IP address or the network name of the CentreVu Computer-Telephony server. If you change this field, you will have to restart the CentreVu Computer-Telephony server.
Telephony Server Login ID (required field) This field contains a valid CentreVu Computer-Telephony server login-ID to be used by the CTI process. If you change this field, you must restart the CentreVu Computer-Telephony server.
Telephony Server Password (required field) This field contains a valid CentreVu Computer-Telephony server password (associated with the login-ID) to be used by the CTI process. If you change this field, you must restart the CentreVu Computer-Telephony server.
Telephony Server Identifier (required field) This field must contain the link type description and CentreVu Computer-Telephony server identification name that the CTI process uses.
This field must exactly match the administered Tlink Name on the CentreVu Computer-Telephony server. If you change this field, you must restart the CentreVu Computer-Telephony server.
Monitored Hunt Groups (required field) This field must contain the set of hunt groups (or Skill Set extensions in an EAS environment) that the CentreVu Computer-Telephony server monitors.
Update Tserver link
The Update Tserver link sends the update tserverAdmin command to the CTI. (See Commands on the Agent Router Control Window for a description of this command.)
