Using Conference
What is a conference?
Conferencing through CentreVu Internet Solutions is similar to a telephone conference, with the additions that:

If the party joining the current Internet session is a logged-in agent, the conferenced agent can participate in Web-based collaboration.

Agents logged in to the conference can selectively drop other members of the conference, or drop the entire conference. For more information, see Dropping conferences
Conference process
Here is how the conference process works during an active Internet session:

The agent selects Conference from the Options drop-down list. The Conference controls appear, as shown in the following illustration:

The agent enters the number of the party to conference (this could be a telephone number, VDN, agent ID, or another number; see the help text in the session transcript window for instructions).

The agent clicks OK.

The conference is established.
