Using Transfer
What is a transfer?
Transferring through CentreVu Internet Solutions is similar to a telephone transfer: the agent processing an Internet session transfers the session and all related data to another agent, who processes the session from that point onward.
Transfer process
Here is how the transfer process works during an active Internet session:
The agent selects Transfer from the Options drop-down list.
The agent enters the number of the agent to which to transfer (this could be a VDN, agent ID, or another number; see the help text in the session transcript window for instructions).
The agent clicks OK.
The session, including chat and URL transcripts, transfers to the second agent. The original agent returns to the Agent Idle mode.
