Agent cannot retrieve message

Description

When an agent uses the Retrieve button to retrieve a message call, the messaging software does not deliver the retrieved message to the agent.

Action

This scenario can occur if the Message Display URL, Agent Idle URL, and View URL are on different domains.

Also, because the cookie is set in the Agent Idle Web page, the Agent Idle Web page must be in the same domain as the Message Display Web page.
