Update ICM routing status through a Web page

How to prevent the CIRS from routing sessions to an ICM

In addition to using telnet (see Remotely shut down ICMs connected to the CIRS), you may change a specific ICM's routing status through the Centralized Routing Services System Administration Menu Web page through the following steps:

1. Open the Centralized Routing Services System Administration Menu Web page by entering the following page location in your browser window:

   http://{CIRS_server_name}/icmadmin/cirs

   Result:
   

   The main CIRS Administration Menu Web page appears.

2. Click on the "Display and Update CIRS ICM Routing Status" link.

   Result:
   

   The Update CIRS ICM routing status Web page appears.

   
   

3. To allow the CIRS to route sessions to specific ICMs, click the Route calls to this ICM radio button for each ICM for which you want the CIRS to route sessions.

4. To prevent the CIRS from routing sessions to specific ICMs, click the Do Not route calls to this ICM radio button for each ICM for which you do not want the CIRS to route sessions.

5. Click the Update button.

   Result:
   

   A confirmation appears informing you that your update was successful. To see the update routing information, click the Refresh button.
