Upgrade NT and ICM 

Overview

This section contains the following information:

Upgrade NT

  1. Start the Windows Explorer by selecting Programs->Windows NT Explorer from the Start button.

  2. From the Help menu, select the About Windows NT menu item.

    Result:

    The About Windows NT dialog box appears.

  3. From the About Windows NT dialog box, you can view the version of Windows NT and the version of the service pack that is running on the computer.

    You are interested in the Windows NT version number and the Service Pack number. Confirm that your computer is running the required version and service pack. Service packs for Windows NT can be downloaded from the Microsoft Website http://www.microsoft.com.

Upgrade ICM

  1. Open the ICM window from Start->Programs->Avaya->Internet Call Manager software->Avaya Internet Call Manager.

  2. Select the Help menu item and choose Version.

  3. Upgrade ICM if it is not the right version.
