Downloading Firmware to Port Circuit Packs

Check SPE

Return to Task List

  1. Log into DEFINITY ECS or DEFINITY ONE.

  2. Type the platform-dependent command:

DEFINITY ECS R10r

type status spe and press Enter to check the health of the SPE.

For high or critical reliability systems, verify these field values:

Standby Shadowing

on

Standby Handshake

up

DEFINITY ECS R10si or R10csi

type status system 1 and press Enter and verify that the SPE is active.

For high or critical reliability systems, make sure that the Service State fields for both SPEs are set to active or standby.

DEFINITY ONE

type status system all-cabinets and press Enter.
