Determine active SPE
Duplicated systems only
- Type status system 1 and press Return.
- Ensure that the standby tone/clock = stdby and that the standby SPE = stdby.
- If the active tone/clock is on the active side, skip this step. Otherwise,
- Type refresh spe-standby and press Return.
- Type busyout spe-standby and press Return.
- Type release spe-standby and press Return.
- Type status system 1 and press Return.
- Lock the SPE switches on the DUPINT circuit packs to the active SPE.
Determine which side is the active SPE.
Ensure that the active tone/clock is set to the active side.
