Return the system equipment you replaced during the R9 upgrade to Avaya according to the requirements in:


BCS/Material Logistics MSL/Attended Stocking Locations
Methods and Procedures for Basic Material Returns

Tag the returned equipment appropriately.

In general, return old equipment and crash kits to the MSL, and return ordered but unused equipment to the Denver factory.

If you are returning heavy equipment such as a cabinet, the project manager arranges for Avaya personnel to pick up the equipment.
