Check IP Softphones (R8 to R9 only) [R9si]
If the customer has IP softphones, the maximum number of registered IP softphones may default to 1 after an upgrade.
- Type display system-parameters customer-options and press Enter.
- Go to the Maximum IP Registrations by Product ID screen (last screen) and write down the number listed in the IP_Soft field.
The number must be verified at the end of the upgrade.
