
Displaying Call Data Summary reports
To display a Call Data Summary report:
- From web administration, go to the Call Data Handling Reports screen (Reports > Call Data Handling Reports).
- Select Call Data Summary Report.
The system displays the Call Data Summary Report screen. For information about this screen, see Call Data Summary Report screen.
- In the Hours field, do one of the following:
- To display records for the entire 24-hour period, type all.
- To display records for less than 24 hours, type a range of hours.
- In the Service Name field, do one of the following:
- To display call data for all services (applications), select all.
- To display call data for one service, select the service name.
- In the Include Call Event Data? field, select yes or no.
- In the Date field, type the date for which you want the Call Data Summary report.
Note:
The date must be no more than 7 days before the current date.
- Select Submit.
The system displays the Call Data Summary report.
