System Programming

First, follow the instructions in the System Manager's Guide to busy-out the module for the CTI link. If there is only one MLX module on the system, you must use System Programming and Maintenance (SPM) software to program the link. Then, to assign the CTI link extension:

  • AuxEquipCTI LinkDial extension number
