This topic provides information on remote machine connectivity
acceptance testing for Message Networking. Perform these tests after you complete
Message Networking initial administration to verify remote machine connectivity.
The following remote machine connectivity tests are available
for Message Networking:
- AUDIX Digital Test: Use this page to test connectivity to AUDIX Digital remote machines.
- Analog Test: Use this page to test connectivity to analog remote machines.
- Aria Digital Test: Use this page to test connectivity to Aria Digital remote machines.
- Serenade Digital Test: Use this page to test connectivity to Serenade Digital remote machines.
- SMTP Test: Use this page to test connectivity to SMTP/MIME and VPIM remote machines.
- LDAP Test: Use this page to test connectivity to remote machines that use LDAP (such as Modular Messaging systems).
- Display Last SMTP Dialog: Use this page to view the latest incoming or outgoing message exchange attempt
between the Message Networking system and an SMTP/MIME remote machine. This test is not required during initial system administration.
