Viewing a report of remote subscribers

This topic explains how to view a report of the remote subscribers that are currently on your Avaya™ S3400 Message Server.

To view a report of remote subscribers:

  1. Start at the Messaging Administration main menu and select:
  2. Global Administration
         Subscriber Management

The system displays the Managing Subscribers page.

Note: If you are accessing the system through a dial-up connection and you have a large number of remote subscribers administered on your system, you might want to filter subscribers to reduce the number of subscribers that display on the Manage Remote Subscribers page. Doing this allows the page to download more quickly. See Sorting and filtering remote subscribers for information about filtering subscribers.

  3. Click Manage in the Remote Subscribers row for a specific remote system.

The system displays the Manage Remote Subscribers page for the specific remote system.

  4. Click Display Report of Subscribers.
  5. The system displays the Report of Remote Subscriber page, which contains remote subscriber information for the specified remote system. For more information, click the column names or Help on the web-based administration page. You can print this page for your records. You can also click on one of the subscriber names to edit a particular subscriber.

Note: The subscribers that appear in the report are those that satisfy the existing remote subscribers filter criteria on the Sort and Filter Remote Subscribers page. The order in which the subscribers appear in the report is determined by the sort order settings on the Sort and Filter Remote Subscribers page. The default sort order is to display all subscribers alphabetically by name. If you want to display subscribers in a different order or search for subscribers with specific attributes, see Sorting and filtering remote subscribers.

  6. Click Back to return to the Manage Remote Subscribers page or, if you are finished viewing remote subscriber reports, click Return to Main.
