Description: set sync source {primary | secondary | local }
Defines the stratum clock source (E1/T1 MM, ISDN-BRI) Setting source
to primary, normal failover will occur. Setting source to secondary overrides
normal failover, gen a trap, and assert a fault. Not stored in persistent
storage.
Parameters: None. 'local' is default.

If the secondary interface is not configured, the sync source set operation
will fail.
