set system contact

	Description:		set system contact [<string>]
 
Permits the setting of a contact name for the system. If an empty string is 
entered, the current system contact name will be erased.
 

 
Parameters:			"string" defines the name of the site contact. Must be enclosed 
in 	quotes if >= 2 words. Length =  1 - 20 characters.
