TSAPI License Usage (AES and Verint Integration)

how to count the license usage of TSAPI?
i have integrated AES with Verint, i have done clean up the unused station on Verint but upon collecting from G3pdCmdUtility seems it still consuming the TSAPI license.
    any thought on this?

    AES Version 7.0.1.0.5

What other applications are using AE Services? Through what APIs?
Have you restarted Verint to ensure the monitors on stations and other extensions (if any) were released?
There are some tools in the status region of the AES Web UI that show information that you can get a little idea around license usage from.
Is the AES acquiring one license at a time from WebLM or is it getting TSAPI licenses in blocks? I dont know how G3pdCmdUtility shows information when block licensing is used - that could skew your results.
Given TSAPI licenses can be shared between applications, and they are used when Single Step Conferencing is used - I find it difficult to unravel what is consuming them unless I enable tracing and watch applications initialize. I have heard there is a way to follow the mappings in the AES database, but I have no experience in doing that.
At the Communication Manager SAT you can see what stations are being monitored using the 'list monitored-station' command. The response shows the CRV of the monitor adn the CTI link associated with it which can be mapped to an AES. This can help you understand if stations that you have 'cleaned up' are still using licenses.

R7 is a rather old release - out of support - consider upgrading to get better tooling.
