I believe that the only SIP header that JTAPI will have access to (besides the From user and To user) is the User-To-User (UUI) header. If you are not currently using the header, you should be able to have the SBC copy the SIP Call-ID into the User-To-User header in Service Provider mode. If you are already using the UUI header, you would need to have something like an Avaya Experience Portal application to save the Call-ID header and UCID before the call reaches CM and then provide an API to make the information available to your JTAPI application.
