Hey gang.. we need to get agent state, are they in aux, which aux, on a call, ready not ready etc.. live. I brought up to the CTI Team that I think they need to implement Polling.. but they pointed out is that it's 10's of thousands of requests every second or shorter. Is it possible to get agent state from events? Not just login and logout.. but all events? This is using WTI to set state..
