Is there any API to manage users and Skills at Avaya CMS?


I couldn't find it at Avaya DOCS.

Assuming you are referring an AACC API you are looking for to manage users and agents?

Can CCMA SDK manage users, agents and skills as CMS Web? Or is it a different application?

I would also suggest that you take a look at the Application Enablement Services (AES) System Management Service (SMS) API. The System Management Service allows developers to programmatically manage and configure various aspects of the Avaya Communication Manager (including skills/agents).
