Just upgraded to CM 6.2, SMGR 6.2...
I'm trying to add a few station templates so my techs can create new stations. When I'm trying to create the new templates, SMGR only lists a FEW station types -- not everything in the switch. In particular, we need to setup a template for CallrID station types (not 2500, as it does not support Caller ID).
Anybody know how to add additional stations to the list?
