I have a department that has a coverage answer group.
When calls go to the group it shows the incoming caller ID (phone number of the caller) to GroupName.
They would find it helpful to have the incoming caller ID show the name of the caller (if available) and not the phone number.
(Smith, Bob to Finance not 111-222-3333 to Finance)
I have not been able to find a setting to change this either for the individual answer group or the company as a whole.
Any experience with this would be much appreciated.
