we have ACR 10.1.2 with patc 101084 and AACC 6.3 SP 8
in some calls (randomly) alarm raised with :
"Recording Stop failed on Avaya Aura Agent NGCCAgent "
all recording are fine.
what causing this alarm?
what does it means ?
how to fix this
