AVAYA ACR How To palyback archive .tar file

Need help on ACR issue,
We had sucessfully archive the call to NAS, however if we try to extract .tar file from the NAS then we failed to playback .wav. have you guys any experience on this??

archive file exported have html file called index.
double click on it and it will open all calls on this file as like you are openning ACR

ideally that call on Archived Tar cannot be played back, They can be played only from ACR webpage. you may try to use export feature of ACR where ACR will allow you to export the wav file in decoded format which can be played using media player.
