    CCE Reporting Values

    Is there a document that describes what each field in CCE 4.0.1 Reporting is displaying?

    For example
    TotalInteractionsArrivedThisInterval. What is the "Interval"?
    TotalInteractionsArrived. What timeframe does this cover?

    Hi

    There is the Avaya Contact Center Express Release 4.1 Reporting User Guide. (in the docs foldder on the DVD media)
    Altough there isnt much detail of the Real-Time Reports but there is details for History.

    Real-Time Interval and Shift is defiened in IDS Voice & Presence .ini file.
    The TotalInteractions is a culminative value and resets every time you start the application or IDS Services.
