I am trying to figure out Avaya Contact Center as a new user.
(It was suddenly handed tome when the former support person was in a motorcycle accident)
Currently there are reports in the public Reports Templates folder in a sub-folder called "Agent Performance". There are multiple reports, each are the same except the agent name is different. I need to create more of these same reports for other agents.
I have found a .rpt file which looks like it is the template for this report.
Do I need this .rpt? Or can I do what I need from the other reports?
I want to import it into historical reporting as a template.
I then want to be able to modify the selection criteria and save as a new report in the proper folder.
Can I do this?
Currently it only imports into the Private Reports Templates folder.
But I cannot modify the selection criteria from there.
Please help.
