    CMS custom report

    Hello,

    I need to create a specific historical report in Avaya CMS.

    The report should show the quantity of call offered, answered and lost for all VDN over one year.

    Hi,

    Please follow designer report and custom report documents:




    If still some assistance is required from Avaya, please contact Avaya Professinal Services team. They will assist you in creating custom/designer reports.

    Please be notified that to it may be billable to enagage APS team as they work on project basis.
