Has anybody used one of the new 2015 Avaya Microsoft Service Packs Compatibility List spreadsheets?
The specific hotfixes are no longer listed on the monthly spreadsheets, are we now supposed to run Windows Update to install Microsoft Security updates, if not, how do we identify the security hotfixes applicable to our systems?
The FAQ tab on the spreadsheet makes little sense.
As the spreadsheet is only applicable to 6.4 SP14, how does a 6.4 SP13 customer know what Microsoft security updates are approved by Avaya?
It all seems incredibly vague considering we can potentially end up installing incorrect patches onto our system, leaving us with a broken and unsupported Contact Centre.
Please help Avaya, this isn't progress and it isn't really good enough.
