Just installed ACR 10 . Everything when well and i';m currently getting no alarms. But for some reason it cannot record calls. Any idea what could be wrong?
ACR 10.0-3 is not recording calls

This can be an installation issue. So Avaya PS should be contacted first. However if this is 10.0, I hope you are not trying to record SIP phones. SIP phone recording support will be available in WFO 10.1 which will be GA in few weeks from now.Originally posted by sleekelly View PostJust installed ACR 10 . BTW if APS verifies that configuration is ok, a break/fix ticket can be opened with Avaya backbone.
