Just installed ACR 10 . Everything when well and i';m currently getting no alarms. But for some reason it cannot record calls. Any idea what could be wrong?
ACR 10.0-3 is not recording calls

BTW if APS verifies that configuration is ok, a break/fix ticket can be opened with Avaya backbone.
