In case you haven't found it yet (or anyone else has the same question):
Remote desktop to the ACCS server as iceAdmin
From the Avaya Contact Center Dashboard click on Troubleshooting then Server Configuration
The field you are looking for is under SIP->LocalSubscriber in the left pane.
There is a field called Primary IP Office SIP Line Extension Number
You will need a reboot after this.
