CCE Support for iClarity and Auto Answer

    CCE Support for iClarity and Auto Answer

    It looks like CCE with iClarity does not support Auto Answer but doesn't seem to be documented anywhere. Can anyone confirm if it is supported?
    I know ip agent will support this via the auto answer option in the client but iclarity doesn't seem to allow such an option.

    For my problem, I face CCE Desktop with iClarity had auto answering for some call. i have disabled auto answer on station.
