    Upgrading ACR10 to ACR12.1

    Dear All,

    I face an issue during upgrade ACR10 to ACR12.1. The new ACR can't migrate the old record. Please kindly check attach file.

    checking the logs i see that migration is stuck on one particular inum, the ACR should skip this once you restart the service at this point. if you still facing the issue then i would suggest you raise case with avaya support team so that we further anlayse the issue.
