Salesforce AES Open CTI connector

Hi,

I am trying to connect Salesforce and AES in line with the following document :

Looking at the document it seems pretty straightforward, but need some help on the the following:
1.Where can i find the CTI engine application?
2. Where can i find the AES open CTI adapter?
