    Can an Agent Receive a Call Now?

    Here are the conditions:

    The agent is . . .

    • logged in
    • set to “auto in”
    • in an “available” state
    • not set to “Auxiliary Work”
    • in the “After Call Work” state


    In this state, can the agent receive a call from any outside caller?
