I went to the Task Flow editor and activated the task flow and that seemed to have resolved the issue. Thanks for the suggestion.

Announcements in task flow not allowing the call to route to the destination

        hi,
I am having problem in using "Announcement script" in task flow. Whenever i use the "Announcement script" the call is going on hold and not reaching the destination. The same taskflow works fine the moment "Announcement Script" is removed. Can any one help me?

What is the content of the announcement script? 1 or more elements? Are the elements interuptable?
