    Extension call reporting

    If agents call from the client OR from the desk phone with the client logged on without checking outgoing ACD call checkbox, is it counted in the TotNNew->int or ext value on reports?
    Is there any real time stat that could report similar? I can't find this stat counter in any real time views

    in totNint all internal calls counted, also when agent use ACD option to reach an extension.
    the counter you are looking for is totNNew->DC
