    Fallback question

My incoming call route point to a Topic(5000)
I programmed a fallback to a Hunt group

When the IPOCC is down, I get a busy tone.

What is the best practice to configure fallback ?

Run the call through a VM Pro Assisted Transfer block instead of directly to the topic from the incoming call route. Set the Busy of the block to your overflow destination. I avoid using the timeout as it seems to not work as reliably.

Shouldn't as this would occur before the IPOCC. If you have other reporting like Chronicall it will show the transfer through the VM module however.

When using assisted transfer, the caller will hear a short period of MOH before hear the IVR greeting. Is there any easy way to change the MOH to ringback tone?
