    Topic Priority Setting

    Topics have a priority setting which is set to 0 in default.
    The configuration manual states the below:
    "Priority
    You can assign a priority to a topic. This priority is evaluated only if the IP Office Contact Center server handles call routing. You can set the priority between 0 and 100"

    Before I change 140 topics, can anybody confirm if 0 is the lowest priority & 100 the highest?

    I have flows using priority 1 and 0 where the Topics with 1 get calls before 0 so I would say that 100 is the highest. That said, you should probably set one with priority 1 and verify it gets answered first in your environment before changing all of the topics.

      Topic with highest priority will get preference. So 1 > 0
