Topics have a priority setting which is set to 0 in default.
The configuration manual states the below:
"Priority
You can assign a priority to a topic. This priority is evaluated only if the IP Office Contact Center server handles call routing. You can set the priority between 0 and 100"
Before I change 140 topics, can anybody confirm if 0 is the lowest priority & 100 the highest?
