    IPOCC Supervisor "No Authorization, could not sign on" in Agent status report

    Hi,

    When try to select Agent status report and Detailed call reports getting below message.

    "No Authorization, could not sign on"

    Where this need to be checked in IPOCC 9.1.7?

    You have to go into the agents or profiles, and in the privileges, on the others tab, check the boxes under task reporting
