    CM Ping Issue

    Hi all,
    I installed CM 6.2 on S8300 server with G450. I have done installation successfully & all phones are working properly but sometimes I can not ping CM from customer LAN & sometimes we can.Please let me know how to solve this issue.

    Hi Zafar,

    you should check whether any other device is using the same IP Address or someone assigned the address to phone, which is the IP of your CM.

        I think is a network issue, can you try make a traceroute form ACM.

          try to continuous ping via service port, so that you can clearly segregate this is a hardware issue or a network.
