Change CLI Length Avaya Ip Office

Dear People

I have a problem with my PSTN provider. Here in my country we add a new number in the prefix and I need to chage the CLI length.
I browse all the IP Office config meni without find that setting.

The provider tellme I send partial dailed numbers and the rest with individual messagings

I succesfuly change the incoming routes and get incomming calls, But I can't call outside.
