    Inbound calls for SIP trunking

    Hi, this is my first post and i really need help. I am currently working in Saudi and they decided to change the area codes from (e.g. 04 to 014). Since then our Avaya phones cannot receive incoming calls (DID-SIP Trunking) from a different area code or mobile. We did a list trace tac and here is the error, when a mobile is calling on one of our phones.

    Just the list trace wont give much idea. lot of reason for 404 not found. Best way to go about this to speak with a backbone engineer at Avaya and get this issue fixed.

      Perhaps if you give more / clearer details of your architecture, platforms and versions, forum members might be able to assist you better.
